CALL FOR AN ESTIMATE
Estimates on small jobs are free, for large jobs (over $10,000.00) we have had to start charging a non-refundable deposit for estimate work. This deposit will be deducted from the job cost if we are awarded the contract.
Sorry, but we can end up spending weeks of work on estimating a job for a project that the client is not really interested in doing.

Upon completion of all jobs we issue a Certificate of
Completion and Release from all Mechanic Liens, for
your protection, from Triple M and any sub-contractors
we might have used.
All the sub-contractors we use are not only
screened for compliance with Alaska State
Licensing Requirements, but also for quality of
work, experience and contractor integrity.
