New Garage Construction
Build a 30 x 30 detached garage. Slab on grade with two overhead doors, windows and man doors. Metal
roof with dormer over man door. Skirting and sidewalk.
Issues that arose: substandard soils and trusses arrived that were to large (for a 30 x40 building).
The Solution: Dug out to good soil and back filled with gravel over road fabric. Modified trusses on site to cantilever 10' down one side poured additional concrete to create a carport or place for future boat.
