The Problem: Interior 2 floors of home collapsing (sinking)
The Cause: Logix (ICF) block constructed house with inadequate foundation supports, over spanned joist, rim joist improperly attached to foundation (no anchor bolts) and main beam not constructed properly.
The Solution: Raised interior of house and constructed treated foundation support walls around perimeter of structure to transfer load to ground, installed two addition beams with post on pad supports to properly support floor joist, corrected center support beam and support. Conditioned crawlspace. Repaired, patched and paint all interior walls.
