code or safety related to delay closing. Typically used by lending institution and home owners who do not
currently live in the house.
SCOPE OF WORK
Clean and paint all wall, Replace all flooring install new kitchen and bath fixture, mold remediation,
repair/replace all items that may negatively effect home sale (electrical plugs and cover, switches, closet rod,
doors, trim), Repair/Install all life safety concerns (Smoke alarms, GFCI protection, carbon monoxide detector,
fire separation ect.) . Make House “turn-key” or “sale ready”
