Please call at the completion of each of the following:
- Footers:
- After forms and steel are placed - Before concrete is poured
- Foundation:
- After forms and steel are placed - Before concrete is poured
- Framing*:
- After building is dried in
- Rough Electrical*:
- After rough electrical has been installed
- Rough Plumbing*:
- After rough-in plumbing has been installed
- Insulation**:
- After placement of insulation
- Vapor Barrier:
- After placement of vapor barrier and before drywall
- Mechanical:
- After complete installation of mechanical systems. (i.e. heating system, cooling system, air exchange system, central vac system, etc…)
- Final:
- After completion of all phases of construction
* NOTE THESE THREE INSPECTIONS CAN
USUALLY BE COMPLETED AT THE SAME TIME.
**YOU MAY NEED TO CALL BUILDING
INSPECTOR TWICE FOR INSULATION, ONCE FOR CEILING AND ONCE FOR
WALLS.
Your Inspection booklet is for your own benefit. You can have any information in it that you would like, below are a list of forms that are commonly included. If you would like any of these or others in your report please provide us with a copy.
- PUR 101
- PUR 102
- Well Log
- DEC documents of construction
- Water test result
- As-Built
- Truss Report
- Builders logo in jpeg format
- List of any sub-contractors
